Eutelsat 7B

East Africa's fastest growing DTH neighbourhood

Eutelsat 7B @ 7° East has become a new FTA DTH hotspot for Sub-Saharan Africa and a key pay-TV neighbourhood for Eastern Africa.

Azam TV, Kwesé, Nasa TV and Muvi TV all use this satellite to deliver their pay TV bouquets direct to homes, with most free to air channels available to view via the public bouquet. Eutelsat 7B is co-located with the Eutelsat 7A satellite and was launched in May 2013.

These additional resources at 7° East have increased in-orbit security, while the high delivery power available on Eutelsat 7B makes it perfectly suitable for Direct-to-Home (DTH) broadcasting.
